I was talking on ch28 and all the suden no one was their, I looked at the radio and I was on 28,855 and counting,the counter was fluctuating up and down,(the digits were changing and the frequency was was going up) I had to remove the cover and disconnect the small plug from the counter box. This is a real old saturn Can you help ? Please, thanks Jake.
