when In the LSB mode only,If you key the mike the radio has a dead key, the same amount of watts as the AM and the AM dead key is 1.5W amy fix for this problem 307 ? If so please help and I would like to thank you in advance, again thanks Jake. PS the USB works fine, no carrier.

It is one of two things OR the transistor controls for these two things.

1) Carrier Oscillator (stuck via control)
2) Balanced modulator IC
