I picked the radio up but dont know how to do the 11 meter mod. It is made by Magnum. It is a 10 meter radio and has the same diode as the delta force and is already cut but dont know how to get the band to change. Anyone know anything about this radio

Push the channel selector in (same as hitting "function" on Delta), then you press and hold one of the square buttons until the expansion mode comes up. I can't remember which button. The same square button will change the bands.

Thanks 671. Do you know how to get the dead key down and the swing high on this radio? I cant get the dead key down below 6 watts and swing well. I would like to get it down around 2 watts or so with a good swing. Are there any mods posted anywhere?

channel convresion.. for Mllennim 2003 &2002
1. turn radio on for a few seconds..
2.remove both covers and knobs and face.
3.carefully remove front circuit board from main chasis.
4.remove d-555 under channel selector knob
6. short printed circuit pad sw414 & sw413 together,( im not sure if this is just to reset the cpu or if a jumper needs to be soldered in place, i imagine it's just TEMORARLY shortining them out to reset cpu.)
7. Your done..
press function button then hold channel selcetor in for 3 seconds... select diffrent bands by pressing the channel selector knob in again. to lelect freq display press func button then hold the channel knob in. to return to 10meters press func then hold the channel slecltor knob in for three seconds, the radio will default back to the 10meter setting when you shut the radio off.. just press function button then hold the channel button in for 3 seconds, well steps are above...

take care and i hope you will still read this..
