I read somewhere about cutting R301 to open up the am modulation. Is this a good idea or will my ssb become garbled. Also,if it is o.k. can someone tell me where this resistor is located. Thanks in advance, Hooty |

the 2950dx&the 2985dx are the same boards so, the mod for one should work for the other. Q43 opens the modulation . if the ssb is distorted any just turn the mike gain to 12 o clock. talkback is easy just clip D67 .well that is all i have, can anyone help me find the way to put super swing in these radios? i would like to get more power for this radio. |
