CAN I MOD THIS RADIO UP WITH FINALS & DRIVERS TO INPROVE POWER, SAYYYYY 25 TO 30 WATTS OR MORE WITHOUT A LINER. WHAT IM LOOKING FOR IS POWER AND ALL I CAN GET. (2) WHAT IS THE DIFFERENTS BETWEEN A 1N4001 AND A 1N4745 DIODE AND TOO, SOME CB SHOPS AROUND HOME HERE IS PUTTING A 50 OHM RES. ON THE SOLDER BROAD FOR MODULATION. WHICH IS THE BEST WAY FOR MODULATION OR MODULATION SWING THE DIODE OR THE 50OHM RES.?

I suggest you do it as I recommended. If you want more it would be wiser to get one of the little KL60s and velcro it to the radio.
