In answer to your question you posted in the OPEN Forum.
The stock wiring for this radio is the same as MIDLAND Radios.
Pin #1 - AUDIO
Pin #2 - SHIELD
Pin #3 - RECEIVE
Pin #4 - TRANSMIT
To wire any of the Astatic mics for it use:
Pin #1 - White
Pin #2 - Shield & Blue
Pin #3 - Black
Pin #4 - Red
YELLOW N/C
Turner Mics:
Pin #1 - White
Pin #2 - Shield & Red
Pin #3 - Black
Pin #4 - Blue
Yellow N/C
COBRA MICS: CA-70 / 71 / 72 / 79 / 80
Pin #1 - Red
Pin #2 - Shield & Black
Pin #3 - Blue
Pin #4 - White
If you can find an old Midland Mic, that should work or if you want to wire a different mic to it let me know.
