Can anyone tell me the pin and color code for re-attaching the stock mic to a Magnum 257? My mic wire colors are: brown,white,black,red,blue and shield. Magnum said that they had diferent configurations for it with diferent colors....GREAT!!!! Smart thinkin Magnum!!!! Many thanks for any help!!!!!!! Icepick 222

Sorry on this one I have never seen the Stock wiring COLOR's for one.

CAN ANY ONE OUT THERE WITH A STOCK MIC HELP HIM?

To any tech. Can you tell me how to re-wire a RK56 to a Galaxy 99 ? I'm not a tech and would like to try it myself. I cant find my wiring diagram for the Galaxy, but I do have it for the RK56 mic. Thanks..............topgun

Should be:

PIN #1 ~ SHIELD & RED
PIN #2 ~ WHITE
PIN #3 ~ BLUE
PIN #4 ~ BLACK
YELLOW ~ N/C

The Magnum 257 stock mics are a little weak. I put a power mic on mine and helped the audio

I think the 257 mic has a pot on the inside that can turn the audio up
