HELLO ON THE KLV 250 THE ON AIR LIGHT IS VERV DIM WHEN KEYING UP THE MIC...4 WATTS AM 15 SSB..
IS THIS NORMAL??? I JUST GOT THE AMP AND ITS WORTH EVERY PENNY........... PS .BASE AMP.....

The "light" should be dim until you speak , it should get brighter...

Run it on SSB and you'll see the light....

I sure liked mine until 15 watts on sideband fried it one day. Funny thing, only had it about two weeks and really wasn't pushing it that hard. I had to eat it.

Did you Break or Remove the Warranty label and VOID the Warranty?

Just wondering as if the WARRANTY Label was Intact and Not Broken or Removed you would have got a replacement AMP FREE.
