I dead key ten watts when i modulate it back swing to 3 watts what is wrong. the sideband went from 50 to 20

That could be caused by several thing's.Check all of your coax connection's.Also check to see if the mrf-477 final has an insulator between it and the heatsink.I've ran across a few 2510's that done some weird thing's without the insulator.I had one to do the same thing to me that you're describing and found it to be the driver transistor breaking down under a load.Hope i'm not speaking out of turn here.Just sharing some of my expierence's i've had with the 2510.
