This may be of more help[http://www.aebc.com/~dennis/trc485_tx_mod.jpg]. Please remember, for complete coverage the VCO must be adjusted.

Hi Rightwing,
I have personally done this mod twice (maybe three times), and had a tech here at work do it to a couple more radios for friends. This mod takes a very steady hand, good eyesight, and a very small iron. Be sure you fully understand the mod before begining. If you need further help feel free to email me. This pic also may be of more help [http://www.aebc.com/~dennis/trc485_tx_mod_2.jpg].

Regards,
Dennis
