8408,

Ok I checked all three books I have listing information on the Messenger 4135.

Two of them show ADJUST: L3, L4, L6

BUT! One of them shows ADJUST: T8, L3, and L4

SO if you find L3 and L4 you should only have L6orT8 left to find for tune up.

The only wiring code I can find is to hook up an Astatic Mic to it would be:

White ~ White
Shield ~ Shield
Yellow ~! Yellow
Blue ~ Red
Red ~ Blue
Black ~ Black

Hope this can help you some.

808, I didn't properly word my last message. The problem is that I do have 4 different coils, but they aren't labled at all. everything else in the radio is labled. If a schematic is available,it would help greatly. 8408 pillow_jr@yahoo.com
