Hi...
I have a president Lincoln that I am getting ready to convert. I have seen a number of websites giving the procedure for this. Though I have tinkered with radio equipment for many years, I am perplexed by a number of inconsistancies regardng this radio. The confusion is because of the HR-2510, and it's similarity (but not exactness) to the Lincoln.
In a nutshell, I need EXACT instructions to do the conversion. I don't want a cut and paste job from another website (which I have already seen). I want a step by step from a tech here, that has done the proper conversion for this unit. ie...

3)
ect...
I know that the conversion is very simple. I just want to make absolutely certain that I do the right procedure for THIS radio, and avoid screwing anything up, considering that this is a $300.00 radio.

To convert the Lincoln to 11 Meter operation:
Remove the cover on the speaker side of the radio..
Locate the the Microprocessor on the SYNTH PCB.
Tie a jumper wire from the thru plate via hole at the end of the trace to the bare end of the 10K ohm Resistor. or connect pins 34 & 35 together..
