Unknown to me, I had a broken center conductor in my coax, and when I keyed the KL-203...POOF !

My questions are...

What are the 4 FETS in the KL-203 (mine does not have pills), and...

Is it cheaper just to replace the amp, rather than the FETS (I can do the soldering myself, if the pc board is not too badly burned.

Thanks for any help.

2ir473,

I am not sure of the re-placements or if there are any.

The FET's in it are a MOS RM-3 FET.

So far I have not found any replacements for them.

If it got all 4 of them I would think it also got other things on the board.

For $59.95 I would suggest a new one.

It might save you a lot of work.

Wow, you won't beat the deals on these amps! Like Will Smith said in the movie, Independence Day, "I gotta get me one of these. That KLV-200P looks just about right.
