Gentlemen:

I have an Astatic Tug 8 D104 Microphone(with a 4 wire plug attached) that I want to wire and connect to my home computer(Standard Sound Card microphone connection. #1 Is this possible #2 Will you advise me as to how I can connect the wires and what type of connection do I need to complete the project.

You will need a most likely a 2.5 millimeter male jack (Radio Shack)or a male jack that fits the "Mic Input" on the card. Wire the "WHITE" wire to the "TIP" and the "SHIELD" wire to the "RING" of the jack. You will have to lock the D-104 bar down when using it to activate the internal amp in the microphone.
