I couldn't find anything on this radio. If you can find out what PLL is used in it we can go from there.

Hey guys, I have a PC68XL as well and I would be interested in the 80 channel mod. However, I don't know what an Expo kit is, where to get one or what it would cost. I have no electronics experience, but could I install it myself? Also, how does the display show the extra channels, does it go up to 80 or is there a band switch that you have to install to use the same 1-40 numbers? Any help or info would be appreciated.

An Expo kit is a small board that is mounted inside the radio. It converts it from 40 channels to 120 channels. It is not easy to install and alignments are needed to make it work just right. The kit level is about 8 on a scale of 1 - 10 (10 being HARDEST to install right). Cost is about $80 installed by a real CB etch.
