I have a Cobra 142 and when in use last fall put out about 3 and a half, swing to about 10. It was pulled out and placed in service and now only getting about 1/2 watt swing to 1. I checked the final and driver. Both appeared good. Replaced both anyway, but no improvement. Am testing into a dummy load so it is not antenna related. Where should I look??? Question 2, what is the best way to tell if a driver or final is ok while in set???? Maybe a voltage check????

Thankful for all help and ideals, especially on where to look next and how to test.
