ANY BODY WHO KNOWS WHERE VR27 IS LOCATED AT PLEASE HELPME HERE MY RADIO IS OUT OF FREQUENCY AND SOME BODY TOLLME THAT VR 27 IS RESPONSIBLE FOR IT BOU I CAN'T FIND IT PLESE HELP ME HERE TO FIND THAT LITTLE GAGET. THANKS

For the older generation 2970 (Non DX) the alignment pot for AM Frequency Adjustment is L27. With the lid off the radio and the front of the radio facing you, L27 is center front of the board. You will see three cans all together, L27 is the first of those three.

For the new generation 2970DX the alignment pot for AM Frequency Adjustment is L19. With the lid off the radio and the front of the radio facing you, L19 is center front of the board. You will see three cans all together, L19 is the second of those three.
