STOCK Mic Wiring for the MIDLAND 77-160 is:

PIN #1 ~ AUDIO
PIN #2 ~ SHIELD
PIN #3 ~ RECEIVE
PIN #4 ~ TRANSMIT

Tune up for the Midland 77-160 is:

MODULATION: Adjust VR204
AM POWER: Adjust L304, L305, L306

Receive LED Lights: VR201
Transmit LED Lights: VR203
Squelch Adjust: VR202
Modulation AMC: VR204
