Icepick.

I am not the expert here on this, but I have heard everything from seperating the two as far apart as possible, to wrapping your vehicles computer in aluminum foil.

I have no problems but wondering what yours are?

Vehicle? Amp? More info please.

The most critical thing is ground. Without knowing your truck, charging system, antenna location, suggestions will be general. Battery(s) must have a direct chassis ground of 4ga or larger fine strand wire. Antenna mounting location must have similar chassis ground and continuity to body path for counterpoise.
Amplifier must be fed amply from battery and chassis or battery grounded.
