The Wiring for the GE 3-5871B to the Cobra Power Hand Mic's, CA-70, CA-71, CA-72, CA-79 & CA-80 is:

PIN #1 ~ SHIELD & BLACK = SHIELD & COMMON
PIN #2 ~ N/C = NOT CONNECTED
PIN #3 ~ WHITE = TRANSMIT
PIN #4 ~ RED = AUDIO
PIN #5 ~ BLUE = RECEIVE
