Thanks for the help Guys, and Damyankee It's not in the PA mode the pa doesn't work when in the pa mode you can hear as if you were in the regular receive mode without a lot of volume and it sounds like it doesnt key up.Oh and some more INFO I've replaced both finals, driver, voltage reg, audio chip and still no watts out, and It's a Galaxy Saturn. Again thanks Guys. Jake

If I had to guess , I would say it is the Pre-Driver or Final. When you say it "tries" to key up , do you have "ANY" power on you external power meter?

i tend to think that the everything up to the final is fine. i think this because you say that the meter goes over when you key. if that is the case, then there has to be power going out. and it must be making it to the output power detector or else the meter would not be moving. so you have a small area after between the power detection branch off and the antenna port where the power is being lost. this usually comes from a cold solder connection.

but...can you make it clear...is the power meter moving over when you key? from you wrote above, it sounds that way, but i want to make sure that i read correctly.
