The Radio is a Siltronix 1011C and the two Mic's. are:

Realistic amplified dynamic desk mic #21-1173. And the wires are:

Red
White
Black
Shield

"Road Noise" Echo Mic. by RF Limited #EC-2018TB. and it's wires are:

Red
White
Black
Blue
Shield

The Siltronix uses a 1/4" male jack and it's contacts are:

Tip
Ring
Sleeve

Shield sleeve
Red tip

Don't know about the Road Noise. A guess would be:
White ring
Shield and Blue sleeve
Red tip

Say.....on the bottom of the Realistic, there is a small switch that shows #1 and #2, would this be for Electronic and/or Relay switching? Thanks
