My question is this? I’m buying a Ranger 2995 DX Radio from copper electronics. How well does a Ranger 2995 DX drive a KLV 1000P Amplifier? Is the Ranger 2995DX able to run the KLV 1000P at full power? And what is the cleanest way to run the KLV 1000P with out all the harmonics.

Drop Gator CEF #115 a note as He just got the 2995DX and the KLV 1000P last week. He should be able to answer your questions for you.

Or if he reads this post I am sure he will jump in to answer your questions for you.

As Far as Harmonics I do not have any on My KLV 1000 it has always ran very CLEAN with NO Interference of any kind.

Bassbug, I am running a 2995DX and the KLV-1000P amp, and have no problems at all. I drive the P with around 50 watts and it cooks. I would not advise driving with more than 70 watts if you want to stay trouble free and have the amp last forever. These are probably the best amps on the market for the money, and I think that most of the Tech's at Copper will tell you the same thing.
Have a good day!
