The mod limiter resistor had been cut, as well as another resistor. I fixed them. It appears that a diode in the front left corner by J36 has been cut out, because I see part of a leg sticking out of the board. What does this diode do? Also I need the bias settings and test points for the final & driver. The one & only SeMO Rebel SeMO Rebel Lectronix Cape Girardeau, MO |

I found the test points and bias settings, and found a new problem. My book says the final bias should be 35ma yet i can not get the setting below around 350ma. Could this explain why it has such low power? Also why it cant be tuned up higher than 3 watts on ssb? |
