I changed R76 to a 1k in my Cobra 25. Worked great. I'd like to do it in my 29. Can you tell me with R it is? |

Have you tried to cut D11 yet? It's the am modulation limter. That will help your radio get some much added punch on the airwaves. |

Yes I have.Also put in supermod. 2Sc1969 final with changes that go with that. Put in speech processor.Turner Mic. RM KL203 amp. It's just something else I want to try. |

The resistor R-76 is a 1/4W 5% resistor

I did mine and I changed 122A or 122. Sometimes the A is cut off on the board and it is close to the middle of the board, good luck
I changed it to 500 ohms
