The old story, found it at an estate sale…It is tan with a brown vented cover that covers both sides and the top. The front has a tune and plate knobs on the left and a small blue ad white meter on the right. Under the meter are the numbers 3 2 1. The series of switches on the bottom are marked from left to right: ON/OFF, OPERATE/STBY, REC AMP/OFF, AM/SSB, and HI PWR/LOW PWR. On the rear near the top right is a small knob under which is marked TUNE FOR MAX. OUTPUT. Along the bottom from left to right are a lug marked GROUND, XMITTER, ANTENNA, a fuse well with a 32V 20A fuse, and finally a thick and grounded 110v power cord. Inside are a series of four GE 8950 tubes one shielded from the others. There is also a cooling fan. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Here are some photos that may help. Someone said that it may be made by Palomar and put out about 400 watts.

It is a Pal 321. Just a Palomar Skipper in a change of clothes. Output will be 400-500 watts. |
