i have a stinger board that keys up and puts out no watts.i dont see anything blown and the pill tests good.????what next

After talking with you in the Copper Chat Room I think the problem you have is with the stinger board its self as we discussed.

possibly the relay itself on the stinger board.that is what i would check next.
