#1 ~ A good Signal Generator with Various Test Leads.
#2 ~ A good Scope
#3 ~ A good Microphone Tester
#4 ~ A GOOD SWR/WATT/MODULATION Meter that covers from 0-5000 watts
#5 ~ A good External Frequency Counter.
#6 ~ Good Soldering Equipment and various sized tips.
#7 ~ !!!!GOOD LIGHTING!!!!
#8 ~ A Good Magnifying Glass/Light and a Jewelers Head set with different Magnifying Flip Down lenses
#9 ~ 1 if not 2 Good Regulated 50 or 60 Amp Power Supplies.
#10 ~ Good Anti Static Radio Tune Up/Adjustment tools
#11 ~ A Good Oil Filled Dummy Load.
#12 ~ Plenty of Grounded AC Outlets.
#13 ~ GOOD Surge Protectors.
#14 ~ Poly Phasers on any coax you are using.
#15 ~ A GOOD Antenna switch box so you can switch back and forth between dummy load and antennas.
#16 ~ 1 if not 2 Good Antennas.
#17 ~ A GOOD VOLT/OHM Meter.
#18 ~ PLENTY of Alligator Clip Electrical Jumpers in different sizes & colors.

#19 ~ A GOOD ANTI STATIC MAT and Anti Static Wrist band.

#20 ~ Rubber Gloves for AMP Work.

NOTE!
