Does anyone have the clarifier mod for the Realistic TRC 451 and about how much swing can I expect to get?

Captian_radio,
The TRC-451 uses the same Clarifier mod as the Cobra 146GTL and the Uniden AR144 with the upd-2824 pll.
This Modification and Picture/Diagram can be found on Page #30 in Volume #4 of the C.B. TUNE-UP MANUAL.

Tnx guys i did the mod as per the cobra 146 gtl and it worked great for the trc451.I can now hit the 0,s very easily.Once again tnx a bunch.

the rev I do not have a channel mod for the 451.everything I have says you have to change the pll.maybe someone else may have it.

Sorry but the TRC / Radio Shack TRC451 has the UPD 2824 PLL in it and it is Non-Modifiable.
However if you can still find a Expo 100 Expander Kit Model (N) Kit it will allow you to add extra channels.
