I have a Turner AMM 47 Amateur Mic that is new in the box just laying around. It has an onboard amp circuit built in that get's it's power, I assume, from the radio. It has the normal 6 wire configuration that I see in Turner mic's...(shield, red, blue, white, black, and yellow) Question to the Guru's is, can this be wired to work on a Cobra CB radio? Just curious... Thanks, guys. DD |

Oh, one more question about the AMM 47 Turner amateur mic. With the internal audio amp built inside, will the Cobra supply the board with the volts needed to power it up? No help with the paperwork that came in the box.I saw one on a Kenwood TR-7400A 2 meter, if that helps. The mic came wired for an eight pin setup. Thanks again, guys...rOn :-/ |
