1. audio wire
2. shield
3. receive wire
4. no connection
5. transmit wire
I have A Shure 444-T wired to my ICOM IC-735 and it works great, my 444-T is a four wire.

yankee this may work on your Ic-735 but not a uniden 5 pin washington .thanks anyway .capt hook
