Instead of upgrading the 2sb-754 and power supply in their base radios,GALAXY just made an elaborate switching system to keep the tx voltage no higher than 13.3 volts,you can't get as many watts out of her with .7 volts less available,I could upgrade the P.S. and regulator but for what,voltage will still only be 13.3,man what a bunch of dopes me included,I paid more for less,like buying bud-lite in hieniken wrapper.Bigbob

hence the BIGGER caps to help keep the voltage from dropping any lower...

or just use the stock, unmodded radio & go to fatboy & get a 20 volt, 400 amp power supply & hook up the 32 pill ya got layin' around doin' nothin' with
