Why yes I can.
Pin 1-white
Pin 2-shield
Pin 3-red
Pin 4-no connection
Pin 5-black
It's just the oposite of Astatic microphones the red and black wires are switched, with Turner the recieve wire is red and the transmit wire is black.
I think Turner did that just to confuse people.

"i wonder why cobra used a five pin mic plug on the 148 gtl"

They did that so the audio and switching grounds could be separate. If you've ever heard clicking, buzzing, or other noise in someone's audio, it can easily be caused by the sharing of the switching ground by the audio circuit.

D104s are a common culprit. At times you can plainly hear the microphone click on and off in a person's audio transmission, and it's not always a mechanical sound picked up by the element.

I use an Astatic Silver Eagle and it's wired four pin Cobra, so I can use it on several radios in my vast collection. When I use it on my Uniden Grant XL, I use the 4 to 5 pin adaptor.
I've yet to have any report of clicking or buzzing in my receive or transmit audio.

That's probably because everyone just assumes you're using a D104 and ignores it. I don't usually say anything about it except to ask which D104 people are using.
