if you type the name of the transistor into a search engine, you should get some results.
you can try RF parts company.

Both "Mouser Electronics" and "Digikey" would carry them. Fast service and no minimum order. I am not associated with either company other than being a satisfied wholesale customer.

wildrat, i and many others consider RF parts to be the ONE place that wont sell you a bogus part.
(besides Copper!)
have you had a bad experience with them?
if yes, tell us about it; you'd be the first i've heard of.
they are very expensive, but thats because they know what they've got.

I thought the prices were fair. If I were someone else I would not buy from them. I just got a package from them a few days ago and am perfectly happy with it. I am not happy with others buying there, cuts my supply down.

I was playing around above, I wrote what I wrote to deter y'all from ordering so I would have ample supply in the future. Thaere is nothing wrong with RF Parts. I just got 300 bucks worth of semi-conductors last week. There prices are very good compared to a couple of other sites posted in this message string.
