Is it normal to read around 24 VDC under a no-load condition on the power supply? I hope that makes sense.

Ihave a PR-60, I have never ck'd the volts under no load, so I do not know if this is the norm for this PS or not. I guess I'll find something and hook it up and see. I think I have a headlight out in the garage that'll work.

it's a 12v supply and should never read 24v,sounds like something is up with it

my aunt, uncle & 4 cousins are from suffolk co LI, & they lived upstate NY in middletown, pine island & ellenville before moving to texas back in the late 70's or so
