I recently purchased a Siltronix Model 90 VFO (with a 1 stamped on the back) to installl on my SBE Console II. I also purchased the manual at the same time from a different seller, but three weeks later still no manual. Can anyone tell me the attachment points, shoot me a schematic, etc., on the hookup? Thanks.

remove channel 23 xtal from radio, solder center conductor of coax from VFO to vacated xtal hole nearest switch contact. solder braid to ground side of xtal pad.

turn radio to channel 23 & tune through VFO.

i had instruction sheet somewhere. most of it explains troubleshooting & the problems that WILL be experienced using a VFO on a CB.

Cool, thanks. Works like a charm. Had to make a few adjustments after hookup.
