has anyone experimented with other posibilities than the known channel mods?
i noticed that the guys in euro. wanted to be able to get the inbetween channels (5k) butt no one has found out how yet.
the radio untouched from the factory will go to the 5k's by simply pushing the 10k switch in and turning the channel selector. after the channel mod it wont, butt i think there is more to the mod than is revealed.

the schematic shows three parts missing from the factory r-619,r-633,and d-3 it shows that r-138, and r-234 are installed from the factory.

can you just install the resistors and diode and open all of it up or is there still more?
maybe remove r-234 and then add all of the rest?

i defunitly think it would be ideal for the read out to stay the way it is factory with the channels opened up and i think it would be ideal to be able to switch from 10k to 5k (channel selection) at will.

i have also noticed that with my 200 hooked to a dummy load and a external freq counter if you keep the clarifer's straight up 12'clock the output freq is dead on the money butt if you turn both of them fully counter or clockwise the output freq is off, the display will tell you one thing and it puts out another. if you look at the schematic it shows 2 missing parts in that circut vr-16, and d-75 will these parts posibly cure this?

i do not want to experiment on my radio without resurching the posibilitys first, i do NOT want to try sompthing and fry parts.

maybe some one has a messed up 200 they are not afraid to try this stuff on?
