Replace Q39. Cutting the mod limiter is a big no, no.

I will reinstall Q39, I thought it was probably a bad move.

i did the same thing,removing the Q39,and my mod meter stopped working.I will replace Q39 but where is C904?i cant find it in the diagram.

Bridge man, c904 is a capacitor in the power supply. I don't recall the meter not working with Q39 removed, but it was not out long, I reinstalled it.
