Had to ask, Enjoying the threads on the old T-123B's, and 240s. A few years back (like forever) I had an origional T-123 Green Machine we called them. It had the Magic eye mod tube, but not muh else :-) Anyone seen one? Just want one for the shack to remind me of my wasted youth.

Thanks and 73, Dave

Allagator, Are you talking about the Yellow Robyn? In Indy I had never heard of Yellow Birds before. If it is the same radio, man they are really nice tube type rigs. A friend of mine used to run one on an Antron 99 and just barefoot was the best sounding rig in town. You would have thought he was running a box with it!
Just had to put in my 2 cents on a great radio!

There was fella here with a yellow bird completely refurbished. The problem with this guy is he changes radios like his drawers, about once a week so he sold and got a cobra 200 for about a week, then some kind of Galaxy, and now he's on a Cobra 2K so far. I had first dibs on buying the Robyn but let it go to another fella. Oh Well such is life. I have enough radios anyway. I have not hooked up all the radios I have mounted on my bench now. I even have an Browning Mk 3 hooked up and all I can do is turn the power on because I forgot how the fella told me to work it, but I did find a manual online to download, I will read it one of these days. Sorry, I always ramble on!
