Can I drive a 4pill cutom box with a texas star 250? Is there any harm in driving a class c box with a class ab1 box. I want to do this so I can get good solid power on am. Than when I swith over to ssb I will just use the 250.

NO HARM BUT A CLASS "C" AMP IS NOT MUCH GOOD FOR AM/SSB

so what do you recemmend. All of the dave made and custom boxes are class c.

WHY would anyone build a class "C" amp? It is uselsss except for FM/CW .....
