Can anyone give me the code? the wires on the mic are shield, white, red, yellow, blue.

RANGER 2995DX:
PIN #1 ~ Shield
PIN #2 ~ Audio
PIN #3 ~ Transmit
PIN #4 ~ Receive
PIN #5 ~ CH UP
PIN #6 ~ CH DN
SUPERSDTAR DM-452 5 Pin Mic Wiring:
5 Pin Mic Plug Model
Pin #1 Audio Output / White
Pin #2 Shield
Pin #3 Receive / Black
Pin #4 Common / Yellow
Pin #5 Transmit / Red
Your color of wires are different or have changed from the SUPERSTAR DM-452 5 pin mic so you must have a different brand, but the pin out should be the same since you will only be using 4 wires.
You can also use a VOLT/OHM meter to get it wired correctly.

Radiodude, I was able to wire my Superstar DM-425 to my RCI 2950.
Pin#1 Shield and Yellow
Pin#2 White
Pin#3 Red
Pin#4 Blue
