Does anyone know the mic. wiring for a super sidekick to a Cobra 135 xlr ssb.Is there any way to bench test this mic.before I start? I am hoping the side kick mic. will do better than the mic. that came with the radio it is not the stock mic. someone just added it.

Try pin1 shield and red, pin2 white, pin3 blue, pin4 black !!

Here is the correct wiring for the Cobra 135-XLR.
Pin-1 Shield
Pin-2 Audio (White)
Pin-3 Transmit(Black)
Pin-4 Receive (Red)
All of the Turner Super Sidekicks that I've ever seen, (and I've seen and wired a good many over the years), are four wire and on the older Turners the transmit wire is the Black.
This is correct as long as the radio is still 4 pin, as it was at time of manufacture.
