I have a 2985DX that transmits and receives excellent on sideband, but it will not receive on AM. It transmits fine on AM, but it will only pick up an AM signal if the other unit is very close and I have the volume cranked up all the way on my radio. Even then, the other unit's signal is weak and distorted. Any ideas on what may be wrong? |
