I have a Uniden Grant XL that was modded for reg. 40 plus 40 low and 40 low low. I removed the low low crystal, 11.0258 crystal, and replaced it with a 11.4758 for 40 up. I left the 11.1758 crystal for 40 low and the 11.325 for 40 reg. After replacement, the 40 up will not work, no TX or RX. All other channels, reg. & low work. Any ideas. I did try L20. |

I also tried another 11.4758 crystal, no good. I tried several other crystals ranging from 11.015 to 11.285 and it works, but not where I need it though! |

LOL,you need new crystal(transeve)..
They do both trans. & recieve. |

I have a grant xl about 7 yrs old. it has channels .. there was no need to change any crystals ...it goes from 26.815 to 28.045
cb tune up manuel # 5 has the mod i used 3 toggle switches which i mounted on the back of the radio |
