Hello i am looking for a mod to put extra freq in a uniden grant it has the 8719 pll . pleae if u have any that would help me out thanks Doug

to complete this mod, add a 3rd spst switch-
cut the trace to pin 14 to separate the pin from the board. solder a 4.7k resistor across the cut. then, solder a wire from 1 end of the switch to pin 9, the other end to pin 14, on the chip side, not the cut off side. the 3rd switch gives you 27.415, 425, 435 & 445. the other 2 allow you to go as low as 26.815 & just over 28 mhz.
