I have a Galaxy DX99V radio and when the Echo Control is turned off, it's suppose to also turn off the talkback. But the talkback continues to function. I also clipped the wire @ J15 (I have the radio with the EPTOSSB50C PCB) that's suppose to disable talkback. And cannot figure out why the talkback is still working. This is very frustrating and annoying. If anyone can help me with the disabling, it would be much appreciated.

From the internet it say's to disable the Talkback on the 99V (EPT0SSB50C) you need to disconnect the wire located in TR35.
