ECG was bought out by NTE so you are actually looking for a NTE317 Even then, with everybody moving away from older (outdated) designs it's going to be hard to find even on E-Bay. everybody is moving to either Modules or MosFets. PS http://www.radio-kits.co.uk/radio-related/150W_PA/150w_PA.htm The transistors are available through digikey but they are almost $60 each. Would be much cheaper to just order an amp than to risk blowing a pair of those transistors when you are unsure of exactly what you are doing. Dyslexics of the world UNTIE!
