about 2 hrs ago i got my new jackson from coppers looks great but i am wondering why the 11 meter mod is done to it do you think i got a return or do you think its a new one? i didnt ask for nor did i pay for it to be done |

the red wire on the bottom of the board was gone plus the 2 solder pads were isolated from each other where one end was fastened is that correct. |

Any radio that we receive back from a customer is labeled used. We do not ship these radios as new. I'm not sure what the confusion is with your radio but it is not because it's a used unit.
We do pre-align radios, you may have accidentally received one from that group. Call customer service on Monday and I'm sure they will be able to figure out what happened.
