about 2 hrs ago i got my new jackson from coppers looks great but i am wondering why the 11 meter mod is done to it do you think i got a return or do you think its a new one? i didnt ask for nor did i pay for it to be done

the red wire on the bottom of the board was gone plus the 2 solder pads were isolated from each other where one end was fastened is that correct.

you need to call Copper on this for your own peace of mind.no one here can answer this for you but the store its self.

Any radio that we receive back from a customer is labeled used. We do not ship these radios as new. I'm not sure what the confusion is with your radio but it is not because it's a used unit.

We do pre-align radios, you may have accidentally received one from that group. Call customer service on Monday and I'm sure they will be able to figure out what happened.
