I have tried the swing mod by putting the diode in line with r 238 but it did not work, When the radio was keyed after the mod there was'nt any carrier at all.Can someone please help me with this mod. |

hey rob you have to solder all connections! i messed up to i didnt solder it werr enough and i think the mod sucks, i despise it! |

probably just needs to turn the power up cause he had it low b4 the mod and now its just to low
thats just my guess anyway but i did the same as taz once the resistor i think wasnt soldered very well and i had nothing |

Tech671 Gave me the mod I was looking for, it was not like what I found elsewhere on the web and I will tell you It is quick and easy and the radio is LOUD & PROUD now,low dead key and swings harder than any radio I have ever had.If you want a fast and simple way to go get with Tech671 and you will not be disapointed.
