Looking for any channel modifications for the old TRC-421 (not the TRC-421A)

Thanks in advance,

Airplanemech,

I put a EXPO kit in one several years ago and if I remember right it was an S - KIT for "Lower channels",

I am sure they made two different S-kits one for lower and one for higher channels.

Sorry not much help.

The infamous Expo "S" kits force you to choose EITHER high channels ONLY, OR low channels ONLY. You can't just put both kits into one radio.

I don't have a very high opinion of the "S" kit. It WILL compromise the bleedover rejection in the receiver of the radio after you install it. Since the models that take this kit aren't the ones with the best rejection in the first place, I usually recommend choosing a radio that wasn't built to be "channel-proof" in the first place. This kit performs an "end run" around the channel-proofing designed into the radio. The cost in channels-per-dollar is hard to justify, and the cost in reduced receiver performance is usually an aggravation you would probably rather skip.
